Most of our customers have maintenance contracts with us. These contracts include:
- Service and repair whenever you need it
- Parts and labor costs
- All Supplies (expect paper & staples)
- Supply Management to prevent downtime

The type and cost of contracts depend on your specific hardware and needs. We will assess your needs during our initial consultation.
If you do not choose to use a contract, we bill for time and materials when we are called for repairs, maintenance, or supplies.
